The Consciousness of Oneness for Spiritual Evolution

“We may never really know the impact the oil spill has had on our eco-system for many years to come.  For some reason we forget, we are One.  What One does impacts All of us.  This is why Spiritual Evolution is so important.  When we increase our consciousness, we understand oneness and wholeness.”

I shared this on facebook, many Social Network Communities, and with many of my friends in the blogosphere today. And of course, it got me thinking.  It got me thinking about our world and the Spirit of Oneness.  I am sure it was Deepak Chopra who said, “The world is in us.”  And on this matter, I believe Deepak Chopra is so right.  In other words it all goes back to that old Ancient Egyptian Maxim which states…

 “Know the world in yourself. Never look for yourself in the world, for this would be to project your illusion.”

Get to Know the World in Your SELF

And oh my goodness, the illusions we project when we don’t know who we are and that we are one.  When you realize that what we do to one we do to all and that injustice for one is injustice to all, then and only then do you know the world in yourself.  That world in your self is full of infinite possibilities.  That world in your self you co-create in partnership with a love and abundant Creator.  That world in your self is abundant.  That world in yourself is full of love.

Now, if you look outside yourself in a fruitless attempt to discover who you are and why you are here, then you will project and live in an illusion.  The illusion will tell you that you need this job, or this house, or this car, or this group of friends to be successful or to live abundantly.  The illusion will tell you that you are not good enough to create anything through you.  The illusion will tell you that you are not good enough to be loved or receive love. 

 As a co-creator, we don’t live the illusion because we are in partnership with a loving and abundant Creator who sanctions and blesses us with the power to form the unformed stuff of the Universe with our thoughts, our spoken word, and our powerful intentions.  And we form this unformed stuff into our true desires as we have envisioned it to be. 

So, when we look out upon our world and see atrocities such as the oil spills, animal cruelty, and human injustice, we must remember there are those among us who do not understand oneness.  Because of this ignorance, we that do understand must be diligent in being a source of wisdom and truth about oneness and just how pertinent it is to our human and spiritual evolution.

Those of us who understand the Oneness Blessing and the impartation of the Spirit of Wholeness or Holy Spirit must be strong, faithful, and even creative as we share our gifts and talents in ways which promote oneness.  For as long as we see ourselves as separate from the ONE, we will always see ourselves separate from ALL-that-is.
