Carmellita’s Facebook Friend, Hondo Solomon, The 4 Elements and Nutrition Video

In recent months, I have found the value of  social networking using facebook.  The friends I have made online and some have grown to offline friendships, have really amazed me. 

"Get in touch with the earth..."

At Blue Lotus Living, we emphasize the importance of relating and building friendships with like minded people and such is the case with Mr. Hondo Solomon.  After a short chat with Mr. Solomon and viewing some of his videos, specifically on nutrition, I found common ground with this knowledgeable man. 

Particularly, I took interest in his video called The 4 Elements Nutrition.  In this video, Hondo Solomon teaches the importance of the four elements and how they are essential to healing, rejuvenation, and rebuilding the body.
