Are You Sick of the Drama?
Addictions are so dangerous because often times we give over a lot of our life-force energy to our addictions. In the systems and programs of the Matrix, there are many addictions available, but the addiction to drama is often the most over looked because sometimes our addiction to drama can look and feel like love.
So, has love changed in modern times? The answer is certainly not. Modern love is the same as all love through out history. In this day in age, we want the same things from love relationships that we wanted years ago even if it wasn’t articulated.
In loving relationships we want to be accepted for our true and authentic self, we want someone who understands us, and we want someone we can share our lives with. This is true about love rather it is friendship love, family love, community love, or romantic love. However, in this day and age, there is one thing we must get passed and that’s the addiction to drama.
I really hate to use the word drama, because true drama is an art form and artistic expression (Dramatic Arts); but, in this case we use drama to identify the addiction many people have to heightened states of emotional trauma. So please do not confuse “drama” with the Dramatic Arts.
For a long period of time in the field of personal development, many philosophers taught that if we associate enough pain with a habit, practice, or addiction, then eventually we will break the habit or addiction. Unfortunately, modernism has met with this modality and has created what I call “soothers” to help us get pass the pain, thus staying in the pain much longer. Moreover, in many cases the soothers themselves can make the pain of the addiction feel good.

Who Will Finally say, "No More Drama?"
Let’s take the subject of drama. A woman who attended some of my group sessions a while back in New Orleans told me about the relationship she had with her fiancé of five years. She told me he was emotionally and verbally abusive. She stayed in the relationship because he was a “good man.” In her eyes, he helped to pay the bills, he went with her to her doctors appointments, and he helped her with their children from time to time.
She said he was only verbally abusive when he had a hard day at work or when the finances seemed to be “strained.” After being engaged for five years, she gained quite a bit of weight and much of the weight came about because she used comfort food, fast food, and junk food as a “soother.” Within five years she had gain 80 pounds and also had high blood pressure.
His soother, however, was his Xbox, ESPN on a 52 inch television, a six pack of beer a day, and having his friends over every Sunday. Both of them had the wonderful distraction of jobs they hated which took up a 60-hour week and a bunch of unnecessary bills (the $129 per month 52 inch flat screen was just one of them) they collected which required extra hours of work.
She had been able to prolong the relationships because their soothers kept them distracted and kept them from dealing with each other and dealing with their problems. Once she became involved in her own self-worth, spiritual evolution, personal development, and health, she began to eat more raw and living foods. She practiced yoga. She spent time in meditation. She cut back some hours at work and her soothers were gone. After her soothers were gone, she ended the relationship.
When she ended the relationship, it was the first time she had ever been without a man for more than a few months. She took two years to commit to herself and her daughters. After two years of what she called her “sobriety,” she met a wonderful man about 4 years her senior. They dated for a year and were married after a six-month engagement. They are still married now even after they lost their home during Hurricane Katrina. They have recently bought a new home in Houston, Texas (yes, even in this economy).
Until we get rid of or lessen our dependency on the soothers in our lives, we will continue to play out the dramas of our dysfunctional relationships. With soothers distracting us from the truth and from the pain, we find ourselves taking much longer to hit rock bottom and sometimes even when we hit rock bottom we have used our soothers to cushion the fall.
Today, with modern conveniences we have found it difficult to know if we are in love or in drama and dysfunction. With our soothers distracting us, no, we often don’t know the difference. And if we can not acknowledge the existence of pain and suffering and dysfunction in a situation, it takes much longer to hit rock bottom. And the longer it takes to hit rock bottom, the longer it takes to heal.
To this end, it is apparent that either we lessen or get rid of our soothers in order to face what we have attracted in our lives, or we not only do we prolong suffering but we become addicted to the drama we have manifested in our lives. And this addiction will always hinder our spiritual and personal growth on the path of enlightenment. It hinders our growth because it robs us of the life-force energy and mind power required to co-create our lives as we truly desire our life to be.
In fact, the addiction to drama can be downright deceptive we don’t get rid of or release our dependency on the soothers in our lives. For example, sometimes we find that what we are think we are addicted to (toxic food, drugs, alcohol, sex) isn’t really the addiction. Once we probe our lives and get rid of the soothers (toxic food, drugs, alcohol, sex), then we realize that it is the drama behind the addiction we are really addicted to.
A friend of mine told me about a cousin of his who was a prominent business man in New Orleans. This prominent business man was what we call a womanizer. He told many of his friends that he was addicted to good scotch, women, and sex. Well, eventually these women ran interference in his life and he ended up in a big sex scandal surrounding the Canal Street Brothel in New Orleans. It was in all the papers and many national news channels. There was his name and his face and his business attached to the biggest sex scandal New Orleans had seen in while (and for New Orleans, that’s saying a lot!). The man was devastated and so was his business.
After a few years of lying low, he left the line of business he was once in because he had lost the trust of his clientele. In 2007, he started a new company doing what he loved and now he’s a suburban dad coaching his son’s little league baseball team.
My friend said his cousin seemed so content now. He said his cousin told him, he had to “hit rock bottom” before he realized what the real problem was. The real problem was that he was unhappy. He was in that particular line of business because he made a lot of money, but it didn’t leave him much time for anything else. So, instead of the wife and family he really wanted, he convinced himself he wanted the women, fast cars, sex, and alcohol.
It took a scandal to destroy his business before he overcame his addiction to drama. My friend said his cousin hit rock bottom when all of the women who were once beating his door down stopped calling and wouldn’t even acknowledge him in public. He really discovered who cared about him and who his real friends were.
Why put ourselves through the trauma of drama over and over again when all we are doing is destroying our hope, faith, and confidence in our true and authentic self. Not only that, but we are also destroying our perception of our true self worth.
And just how do we overcome he addiction to drama?
(1) We have to acknowledge the dysfunction in our lives and not treat it as if it is “normal” or okay.
(2) Get rid of our soothers through detoxification and treatment if necessary.
(3) Get in some “self” time through meditation and prayer.
(4) Face the pain of the situation we have attracted in our lives and build our spiritual strength through self-empowerment.
(5) Practice present moment awareness and proclaim what you really want in your life.
(6) Stop settling for an artificial version of your true desires. Acknowledge how you want to live your life and do not settle for a fake version of it. The fake version is only an illusion of the ego.
(7) Use your “creativity” for something other than creating avenues of pain and suffering.
Despite what we have been told, we can overcome drama. We don’t have to live our lives in a tornado of drama, trauma, and dysfunction. If we want to live in abundance and increase our self worth, we have to pledge…NO MORE DRAMA.
Until next time, remember to give up the drama, live well, live wise, live wealthy, and let the Creative Spirit move you.

Be Still. I AM God!
A dream is but a desire you have had in your heart for a period of time. We all have desires and dreams. Our dreams and desires can manifest spontaneously when we restore our mind power and listen to the voice of our Soul as it guides us with inspired action.
Of course, this requires that we “Be Still and Know that I AM God.” Do we know that I AM power which is God or have we become so addicted to turbulence, noise, and drama that we fear the very idea of stillness? The great Yogis and Sages teach us that if you are going to chase one thing, then chase everything. And family, we are here to tell you that you will run out of gas for sure.
And at some point in this holographic time-space-reality network we all get tired as our Souls beckon for peace. Our soul beckons for peace because the Soul knows that when we are still, we enter the field of pure consciousness and in this field all things are possible when we knowingly believe. The Oracle Within guides us and our dreams manifest spontaneously.
When we create from the field of pure consciousness, there is no need to chase a dream to manifest a dream. There is no need to chase a desire to actualize it in your life. You are infinite creative potential ready to be activated when you learn to “Be Still and Know that I AM God.”
And who or what is this I AM. As you unplug from the Matrix and its exhausting programs and systems, you develop a Visionary’s Insight which allows you to see that I AM God. I AM is all that it is and I AM is all around you. I AM is in you as you and as us.
I AM is the one. I AM is oneness. So be still and know I AM.
It is the fear of those who have benefited most from the Matrix and its programs and systems that you will learn stillness and silence. And this collective unconsciousness breeds and feeds on our exhaustion as we chase and chase and chase. Your Soul cannot function in this exhaustion and because of the turbulence and noise and dysfunction we can’t hear the voice of the Soul.
It is the fear of the ego which only knows how to operate in the Matrix and its systems that you become still and silent. So, the ego creates drama for you to act out and stress for you to live in. The ego fears the light and it fears being light. It limits expectations and possibilities for greatness. But your Soul wants to be free.
And family, when you are free, you are free indeed. When you are free, you can hear the voice of your Soul guiding you to greatness. You are no longer weighed down by the fetters of the ego. You are free to reveal the light and luminosity of your Soul. You are free to share that light with the world. Like the Blue Lotus you rise up with the Morning Star and you live your life in full bloom.

Harmony and well-being that is the true desire behind every desire we have. We just have to become enlightened to what harmony and well-being truly is.
Deliberate Creation is a faculty of increased consciousness, enlightenment, and your spiritual awakening. We all desire to succeed in life, but we all have different ideas and perceptions of what success is. In the Matrix, there are many programs and systems which “tell us” what success is and what it is not. And these programs and systems devalue our true self-worth. We get so caught up in the illusion–the belief that these programs and system are reality and real life that we forget who we really are and why we are here.
However, for those of us who have developed a Visionary’s Insight, we know that if we buy into these illusions we are furthering an agenda that in no way aligns with what we truly desire to experience in our lives. In fact, in all cases, it is counterproductive to what we truly desire to manifest in our lives.
It takes a true spiritual practice to “see beyond” and live beyond the Matrix—the great illusion. When we practice true spirituality, we have the empowerment and determination for deliberate creation. It is essential for our success to practice deliberate creation in harmony and well-being.

I am Awake!
As we commit to harmony and well-being on the path of enlightenment, we will discover that we can live beyond the Matrix and we no longer are victims of its programs and systems. Deliberate Creation in harmony and well-being gives us the power to hit the delete key or the escape key to any program or system we don’t like in this holographic time-space-reality network.
With this empowerment, we can begin again, and create what we truly desire instead of suffering with “experiences” we don’t want. Our true self-worth is beckoning us to use this empowerment. Our true self-worth is beckoning us to begin again with the self-awareness and consciousness necessary to create the life we want to live, manifest our dreams, and actualize our vision of purpose in life.
There are many aspects to success and we have a divine right to experience opulence and success but we must work with the Source of ALL-that-is in us as us in order to experience this opulence, success, and abundance. This is co-creation and co-creation is deliberate. We will find that when we take this spiritual approach to creating the lives we want to live, we put ourselves in harmony with nature and we create in joy, peace, love, and happiness.
This is the purpose and intention of the Visionary’s Insight. The Visionary’s insight is to see beyond the Matrix and align with that which is affluent, abundant, and harmonic. There is a rhythm to life in which we can master and create a melody that is sweet, beautiful, and inspirational. When we practice deliberate creation in harmony and well-being, we find that rhythm and we find our dance.
And when we dance, we are greatness. Each of us wants to express momentously who we really are and to showcase that expression to the world. It all happens with deliberate creation in harmony and well-being. This proactive way of living allows us to manifest optimal health, empowering and fulfilling relationships, creative independence and freedom, financial independence and freedom, emotional and mental stability, peace of mind, happiness, and meaning in lives.
And as we commit to deliberate creation and develop a Visionary’s Insight, we realize we have become a seer who can manifest our dreams. We have become a lightworker who shines our own light. Yes, when we practice deliberate creation in harmony and well-being, there is no limit to our power as co-creators.

The Visionary’s Insight sees beyond the Matrix. And when we develop a Visionary’s Insight, we have consciousness, self-awareness, and a true spiritual awakening for success in business, art, and life. When the knowledge of who you really are is incorporated in your consciousness, you become aware of your true and authentic self which is a real spiritual awakening. To be awake, to walk the path of enlightenment, and be conscious of who you really assures your success in business, art, and life. You cannot fail.
Life, art, and business requires that you be awake in order for you to manifest what you truly desire rather than furthering someone else’s agenda. Life is the process of being and becoming. Art is man’s ability to demonstrate that something can come from “no-thing-ness” while business and entrepreneurship is about expansion of ideas, resources, and concepts which spreads wealth and prosperity.
This holographic time-space-reality network is filled with programs and systems we’ve created ourselves and in the worst case scenarios we have forgotten this. We have forgotten what we agreed to “create” while we are here. We have forgotten that we are not stuck. We have the ability and creative power to get ourselves out of any program or system that is no longer working for us and our vision of purpose in life.
But many among us are afraid to hit the escape key because many of us have come to believe in the programs and system more than we believe in our true and authentic self. It is Soul liberation when we awake and realize we are not limited to the program or system. We can create something different.
What we can create is business that promotes wealth and prosperity for ourselves and others. We can create avenues of entrepreneurship which allows us to use our gifts and talents while providing apprenticeship opportunities (what we now call jobs) for others to grow in skills to expand their careers or start their own businesses.
Yes we can create art that demonstrates the power and effect of our imagination—art that inspires and reflects the beauty of life. And there is so much beauty despite the images often shown in the media.
Most importantly and significantly, we can create the life we want to live. We can actualize our vision of purpose in life and be the “idea” and example of hope to others who truly desire to do the same.
It is through consciousness, true self-awareness, and our spiritual awakening that we can express our true nature. Our true nature is that of abundance and we are infinite creative potential. When that potential is activated, it becomes creative energy, and when our creative energy is used, it is creative power.
This infinite power organizes and it is how we are able to create avenues for success in business, art, and life. All of us have a burning desire to “be” something great and to do something spectacular with our lives. This is very much a natural desire for all of us.
It is not always about fame, but remembers friends; it is good to be celebrated for who you really are and for using your gifts and talents to inspire others. The applause is not for the ego, but for the beauty of life that is expressed through you.
If we all just took a little time each day to appreciate our own Soul and listen to the voice of our Soul as it speaks to us and reveals who we really are, then we will find that we are increasing in consciousness. That increase in consciousness produces a powerful self-awareness which allows us to live and create in harmony and well-being.

Your environment is important. Some environments are non-productive for you and some environments are productive for you. It all depends on your purpose and intentions at a specific stage in life or most importantly, it depends on your vision of purpose in life.
And your environment is subjective in more ways than one. It is the subjective realm that determines your environment and it is subjective as to what environment is right for you. In other words, what might be a great environment for one person could be a terrible environment for someone else.
Your environment affects your vibration and your vibration determines the environment to which you are drawn to or the environment in which you remain. Some would call this Law of Attraction 101. While this is most definitely true, your environment is not only a representative of the Law of Attraction, it is representative of the Law of Vibration as well.
The Law of Attraction works with the Law of Vibration in creating various synchronicities (the order of the cosmos working in our time-space reality) that play out according to your vibration. For example, I had a friend from college who I saw a number of years back, she was a well-known party girl in our circle in college.
Since college, nothing had pretty much changed for her. She worked at a bank as a Head Teller and she “lived for her weekends.” She worked for a small bank in which she had the weekends off and on Thursday after 5:00 pm. She went home and planned which clubs she would hit Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Night.
“Yeah, she told me, I have to go out Thursdays because most Thursdays are ladies night. Everyone will be expecting me. You know the party doesn’t start until I get there. So Friday, I have nothing to give at work.” Then she told me she had been working at the same small bank for 4 years. She said it took her 3 years to get to the head teller position.
Moreover, she told me how she really wanted to go back to school and get her masters and get a position in the marketing department of a larger bank. She went on to tell me how she still lived in the same apartment she rented after college and how she still throws her Block parties for Halloween, her birthday, and New Years Eve. “Everybody where I live looks forward to my Block parties,” she told me.
I simply listened and smiled. For nearly a half-hour she went on and on about how everyone in her neighborhood and the tellers she work with all want to see pictures she took at the “exclusive” clubs she gets into and pictures of what she wore each night. She went on about how her credit cards were maxed to the limit because she wouldn’t be caught dead in the same thing twice.
Then after a half-hour rant on her party life, she begin talking about how hard it was to find a good single straight guy (her words, not mine I happen to know there are some great men out there if you’re available). She bounced the conversation between her work woes and her relationship woes for about another hour.
Finally I asked, “If you found a good straight single guy, are you still planning on doing your thing at the clubs?” I asked.
“Hell yeah.” She responded. “No man is going to tell me where I can and cannot go. He better try to keep up with me.”
Then I asked, “If you go back to school, how are you going to manage to still do the club thing?” I asked.
“Well, I mean, I can schedule my classes, like I did in college. Remember?” She asked.
“And work?” I asked.
“Yeah,” she said quite confidently. “I just can’t push my friends out of my life. A lot of my friends expect me to be there or like they say, ‘it’s not the same without me.’ There are several people I work with that wouldn’t be able to get in some of these places without me and people where I live treat me like a celebrity. I can’t disappoint my fans.” She said laughing.
After I talked to her a little longer, I got it. Subconsciously, she knew that her environment prevented her from attaining many of the desires and goals she had in life. She was stuck and although she truly desired more, she tied her whole self into this “party girl” identity perpetuated by the ego. She was still stuck in the vibrational frequency of the egotistical identity she created in college. Her environment and lifestyle was only a reflection of it.
That was nearly 5 years ago when I last heard from her. A mutual friend told me a few days ago that the bank she used to work for closed down and now she is working for a retail clothing store as an assistant manager. According to the mutual friend, she moved out of the apartment where she used to live and now she’s trying to get back in school, but financially it has been difficult for her.
I didn’t judge her for what she chose to do with her life at the time because we have all been there. We have allowed the ego to run rampant in our lives as we buy into the illusion of the ego by not taking the time to get to know who we really are.
As a result of this resistance to self-knowledge and self-realization, we get stuck in a vibrational frequency which causes us to attract people, places, and things that continue to perpetuate the illusions of the ego. The voice of our soul may be speaking to us, but we are not listening.
So how do we get out of a non-productive environment with the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration? Well let’s be honest here. Either you are using the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration to co-create the reality you truly desire, or you are using the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration to continue to perpetuate the illusion.
However, if you truly want to change your environment from a non-productive environment to a productive environment, you have to do some things that Roslyn and I often say “makes the ego uncomfortable.” Here are some steps to get you on point:
(1) Meditate on the beauty and greatness of your being (your true and authentic self) through silence and present moment awareness. Begin meditating for 15 minutes before you start your day and then build on it. Meditating each morning will center you in who you really are and set the pace for the voice of your Soul to speak to you. In this state, you are making yourself available to your highest good. Being available to your highest good will transform your vibration to a higher frequency and get you out of a frequency that is non-productive to your purpose, intent, and true desires.
(2) Journal about your activities for about a two week period. Then note some conscious changes you can make that would be more conducive for the type of environment you want to live in and the lifestyle you want to lead. For example, my old college friend could have given up her party lifestyle on Thursdays and perhaps Fridays and opted to take one class towards her masters. This change would have transformed her vibration and she would have been available to more good.
(3) Make the time to visualize what you really want in your life daily. Visualization and imagination are wonderful spiritual tools and technologies for seeing more and recognizing that infinite possibilities are available to us. When we visualize how we want to live our lives, our environment changes through the orchestration of the Universe, yes, our environment changes cosmically through divine order. If we never visualize what we truly desire, then we are not opening our mental faculties to the infinite possibilities of manifestation. Therefore, our time-space reality never transforms it just continues to follow patterns of the same vibrational frequency.
(4) Make a conscious effort to find people with which you can network and build friendships. Socialize with people who are in the environment you want to be in. My grandmother and mother always told me to “watch the company you keep.” They meant watch the people you hang around and if they are not living the way you want to live then you don’t need them in your life—that’s just good old fashion wisdom.
(5) Write down a vision for your life. Read it daily. Remind (yes re-mind) yourself of your true desires. In the day to day grind, if we don’t remind ourselves of our true desires and our vision for life, then we won’t recognize (re-cognize) our opportunities even when they are staring us in the face.
(6) Always affirm who you really are. Now I am saying this wholeheartedly. I love to party just as much as my friend. That’s right I still party. I am spiritual and dedicated to evolving on the path of enlightenment, but I like to party. However, I do not make it a part of my identity. When I choose to party, I party with people who are like-minded. We dance. We talk. We drink fresh juice, herbal tea, and Kombuchas. We have a great time, but it still affirms who I really am. The only identity I hold to is that “I am a Living Soul with a Living Mind and a Spirit at One with Source Energy—God, The ALL.” That’s affirming who I really am.
Yes, it takes a conscious effort or should I say a higher conscious effort to transform your vibration. You most certainly can work with the Law of Attraction and the Law of Vibration to get out of a non-productive environment into a productive environment, but it requires that you change your vibrational frequency. Don’t allow the ego to trap you in a vibrational frequency that doesn’t align with your true and authentic self. The voice of your Soul is calling out to you beseeching that your reality matches that of your Soul’s purpose. You can get their by changing your environment to an environment productive for your spiritual growth and personal development.

The conscious use of your creative power by allowing the Creative Spirit to move through you works with the law of attraction. It works with the law of attraction because it is the use of your higher consciousness.
Focused and Creative Visualization, Meditation, Prayer, Visioning into Manifestation, yoga, and other spiritual tools and technologies, when used, have the power attracts to you useful and limitless resources, divine wisdom, positive people, empowering relationships, and enables you to take full advantage of opportunities you may not have realized were available to you.
For example, during my days as practicing success coach, a young woman came to me for help getting into a program that would enhance here career significantly. She had attempted to get in the program the year before and was turned down by the committee over the program. As her success coach, we sat down and I guided her through a Meditative Journey in order to open her subconscious mind to the infinite possibilities available to her.
Then, I encourage her to start go to the place where the program would be held (local university in New Orleans) and begin imagining herself there in the classroom, seeing herself doing the work for the program as if she had already been accepted. Well, she went home and did her spiritual work. She also took inspired action to rearrange her schedule at work to make room for the classes in her evening schedule.
Furthermore, she remembered that the department at the university which was hosting the program was headed by one of her old college professors. She decided to write a letter to him about why she wanted to be a part of the program and asked him for a letter of recommendation. He asked to meet with her and remembered her. While he did not write a letter of recommendation, he did put in a good word for her. Although she got into the program at the very last minute, she got in because another student had dropped out.
As she told me about her success, I could see the wonderful synchronicities that took place in order for her to manifest her desire. I could see the Law of Attraction at work. This is the power of vision and provision of the universe at work. Where there is not vision there can be no provision. It is much like the natural law of supply and demand. Where there is strong demand for something, there will be a supply.
In our culture, we now have something called “Social Networking.” Why? There is a supply called “Social Networking” because people don’t want to be out here in cyber-world alone and webmasters wanted to get to know their audience even if they can’t see their faces. We now have “Social Networking” because if this great demand. Some very bright people got together and took the web to another level (i.e. Web 2.0). Where there is a demand, there will eventually be a supply. My friend, ask and it is always given.
It does not matter how impossible a thing may seem, the man or woman who is open to infinite possibilities and using his or her infinite potential by holding his or her desire in their heart until it manifests…will actualize be triumphant and succeed in getting what he or she desires. Again, ask and it is always given.
Our commitment to spiritual “work-play” such as Focused and Creative Visualization, Meditation, Prayer, and the like is our asking when we focus in our desire. We are aiming at what we truly wanting and we are demanding its actualization in our reality. The obstacles are real. What is real is what we visualize it to be. Once we reconcile with this truth—that reality is what we co-create it to be—then we will find the joy, fun, and adventure in co-creating our reality.
Furthermore, we will become available to the flow and the working of the Law of Attraction to draw into our lives the resources required for manifesting our desires and actualizing our dreams. This is living from our higher consciousness. And when we live from our higher consciousness, we draw to us by way of the law of attraction; the best life has to offer.

Co-creating our reality is supposed to be fun. Some of us get in such a hurry to manifest our desires that we lose sight of having fun (work-play) as we do our spiritual work and co-create our reality. For example, let’s take the process of Focused and Creative Visualization.
Some people want to rush the process of Focused and Creative Visualization. When we rush the process, we emit the vibration of fear which stagnates and sometimes aborts the creation process. Ironically, in our attempt to get there faster, we end up slowing down the creation process.
Focused and Creative Visualization takes time. It is a mental exercise which also serves as a spiritual tool and technology. Focused and Creative Visualization causes you to intensify your intentions and attracts to you the things (resources, opportunities, wonderful synchronicities) in such an orderly way that you can manifest what you truly desire spontaneously.
And those of you who have been following the teachings here at Blue Lotus Living know and understand that when we say spontaneously, we mean that are steps and actions are ordered in right action. Thus, as we follow our intuition, the universe orchestrates the details. All we have to do is be available for ever-increasing good.
In this manner, one can see that Focused and Creative Visualization works with the law of attraction. With this in mind, it is wise and prudent to deliberately practice Focused and Creative Visualization.
Focused and Creative Visualization involves finding a peaceful place to sit and picture that which you desire. As you our picturing your desire, you carefully focus in on your picture by examining it in as fine details as possible.
It is valuable to do this regularly until what you have desired has manifested. What happens? What happens is the metaphysical secret to success. Synchronicity is what happens. In synchronicity, your thoughts and actions begin to align with what has become your heart’s desire. In other words, your desire has become an intention and your intention has become a purposed intention through your attention, focused, and directed creative power. Yes, you have allowed the forming power of the Creative Spirit to move through you.
Furthermore, when you are aligned with your desire, things become ordered through your spiritual agreement as you take inspired action or right action. This order is cosmic, it is how the universe works, in decency and order or one can say that the universe works in graciousness, order, and peace. Yes, the universe (which is held in the mind of the ALL) is graceful. The universe does all things with grace, peace, and effortlessly because the universe allows.
So what is happening when you allow the Creative Spirit to move through your Focused and Creative Visualizations? When you allow use Focused and Creative Visualizations in the creation process, you are holding your desire with your will—yes, you are willing it into existence and your willingness in your allowing. Through your willing and allowing, you become purpose-centered and this attracts to you all things required for the fulfillment of that which you desire.
All things, literally work together for your good. So if you are met with opposition, know it is the synchronicity of opposition that is working for you not against you. Often times we like to call it a setup for a success not a setback for failure.
Your job, even in the face of opposition is to hold the visualization and picture of your desire in your mind and heart with your will to see it manifest. And by the harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction, all things will work together for your good.
Focused and Creative Visualization is not a narcissistic thing. It is divine. It is one of the ways we do our spiritual “work-play” to co-create with our loving and abundant universe. So have fun with it, don’t rush it and let the Creative Spirit move you.

Channeled information is one thing, but channeled wisdom comes from Infinite Intelligence and that Infinite Intelligence is within all of us. We are able to channel wisdom through us based upon our consciousness at the time. This is why it is so important for Lightworkers to be filled with the light of unconditional love.
As previously stated, information is one thing, but wisdom is another. We can channel information and get information from many different beings such as ancestors who have gone on before us. However, Infinite Intelligence (Your Oracle Within) is knowledge and wisdom, not merely information.
Many of us on the path of enlightenment know the importance of getting direction from the Holy Spirit or being directed by the Oneness Blessing. We know the importance of this because we have witnessed the divine results of it. We have witnessed how all things work together for our good when we are directed by the Holy Spirit and the Oneness Blessing. We live the wonder of manifesting our true desires without struggle.
And we realize that we become better Lightworkers and Messengers of wisdom as we are receptive to the wisdom of Holy Spirit or Oneness Blessing when it is channeled through another Lightworker or Messenger.
Taking the time to meditate on wisdom as it has been channeled through another willing vessel helps to keep us “in touch” or “in tune to the frequency” of the Holy Spirit or Oneness Blessing. As a result, the Creative Spirit moves and flows through us and we are able to attract the right resources, the right things, and the right people necessary to manifest our true desires.
Some people believe this is just New Age or Metaphysical mumbo jumbo but fail to realize that we are all Lightworker and Messengers when we choose the path of enlightenment; hence, they too can channel wisdom through them at any time if they allow it. Those moments when we say “Something told me” or those moments when we just know a thing and don’t know how we know it are moments when we are channeling wisdom if we stay with the flow.
When you stay in the flow, you can channel wisdom. In fact, many holy books and sacred texts were written while the authors were in an “altered” state or what some call the Alpha Consciousness State. In this state many of the authors of the Books of the Bible, Upanishads, and the Yoga Sutras were written. This is why we find so much similarity in spiritual principles and teachings which were written centuries and sometimes millenniums apart. The similarity is there because it all comes from Source Energy—Infinite Intelligence which resides in all of us.
As a Messenger or Lightworker, many who are receptive to channeling wisdom know that they are simply a willing vessel. Anyone can channel wisdom from the Most High because we are a manifestation of God, The Most High. Those among us who make meditation as much a part of their lives as breathing are able to reach an Alpha and sometimes Theta “Level” where we are able to channel wisdom and get Divine Guidance on many things that can increase the quality of life.
We can reduce channeling to Metaphysical and New Age mumbo jumbo, but once we practiced receiving the channelings, we will also find it easier to channel wisdom through us. Like attracts like and if we are receptive to wisdom as it is channeled through a Lightworker, we will find that we too are able to channel wisdom through us. This is how the law of attraction works. If we align ourselves with the flow of energy (in this case being receptive to wisdom) then we are able to direct that energy through us (in this case being receptive to wisdom enables us to become a vessel for wisdom).
We should always be receptive to wisdom because it is knowledge and wisdom that truly empowers us. Channeled wisdom is another form of knowledge for empowerment. Learning to be receptive to the Creative Spirit helps us grow on the path of enlightenment. As we grow on the path of enlightenment, we become the miracle we are often searching for.

- Shine!
“I want to make something of myself.” I remember these words which came from a young lady in my teen pregnancy prevention program some years back. She said the words so sincerely and wholeheartedly although she had a confused look on her face. She couldn’t tell us what her exact career plans were, but that much she knew—she knew she wanted to make something of herself, but the look on her face told me that she didn’t know how.
And even beyond our teen years, we often feel the same way. We know we wan to do something productive with our lives, but sometimes we don’t know what to do or how to do it.
Since my journey in spiritual evolution, I have discovered that it can all be so simple. There is a simple path to “making something of ourselves.” This simple path is the path of enlightenment.
The path of enlightenment makes it simple to “make something of your self.” When we choose and commit to the path of enlightenment, we don’t have to struggle to be or do anything, we jus have to be available to the flow of ever-increasing good in our lives. We don’t have to have all the answers. We don’t have to know how to do every little thing. It is as simple as being available for good to flow in our lives.
This literally un-complicates a lot of things in our lives. So many of us are chasing status and beating ourselves up for where we “should be by now.” We have these unrealistic timelines and we beat ourselves up because we haven’t achieved what the “world” tells us we should have achieved by now.
When we take a closer look at it with our hearts, we discover that many of the things the “world” is pressuring us to do, be, become, and have—we don’t even want. Some among us were pressured in careers we don’t want, jobs we don’t want, friendships we don’t want, and even relationships we don’t want.
Some among us right now are struggling to keep the very things we don’t want. The path of enlightenment helps us recover the strength to “Let go and Let God.”
We all say we want to make something of ourselves, but what are we really saying? We are truly saying that we want the freedom to become more of who we really are. We are really saying that we want to get to know our true and authentic self and live life according to this authenticity.
Many of us are tired of the facades and trying to please everyone in our lives but our true and authentic self. The stagnation we may feel, the frustration we may feel is not necessarily because we haven’t achieved a certain thing. The true source of our frustration is that we have not reached true self-realization. The frustration is our true and authentic self desiring to come forth and let our light shine.
So friends and members of the Blue Lotus Living Community don’t hold the light of your soul under a lampshade of someone else’s plans for your life. Let the light of your soul shine and live as your true and authentic self.
Did you get up this morning with a true passion and love for the life you are living? Did you get up this morning with little butterflies in your stomach as you recognized this is the greatest day of your life? I hope you are answering yes to all the above questions. If not, I hope I could change your mind and perhaps remind you exactly why you should “be happiness” today.
Today, I cannot call this an entry or an article for the Blue Lotus Living Community. In fact, I would think it was something quite different. Today, I will call this post a love letter for the Blue Lotus Living Community.
Your joyful journey on the path of enlightenment begins with how you feel about who you really are. We can talk about personal development, self-improvement or self-help all day long, but true personal development, authentic self-improvement, and real self-help begins with self-love. Self-love will empower you as a divine being. Love is the fuel and energy within and about all things in our universe. Why? Because it is only through love that we can experience oneness, harmony, peace, well-being…and yes happiness.
Self-Esteem has been explained 101 ways to Sunday by many self-help and personal development gurus. However, real self-esteem is when you feel your own “divine-ness” and when you feel good about this “divine-ness.”
Divine-ness, what do we mean when we say divine-ness? You as a divine being have this omniscience and omnipotence which is flowing through you by way of the Holy Spirit or Oneness Blessing. The moment you embraced that light that is within you and decided you will be a willing vessel for good, you open a passage way in your life for the Holy Spirit or Oneness Blessing to flow.
The flow of the Oneness Bless or Holy Spirit is the Creative Spirit and when it flows it brings with it the happiness, peace, well-being, and harmony of the Universe. When it flows continuously, it is abundance. This abundant flow of harmony and well-being reminds us each day that we can do, have, or be whatever we truly desire—and this is real self-esteem.
Family, real self-esteem is feeling your real nature which is joyous, powerful, and abundant. We think self-esteem has to do with whether or not we think we are physically attractive, smart, funny, or gorgeous. That is only a generic form of self-esteem. Real self-esteem allows you to feel your powerful nature and know that you are beauty, you are luminous, you are love and you are being loved right now.
Your journey on this path of Enlightenment can be so joyous, spontaneous, adventurous, and beautiful if you celebrate your true self in such as beauty, joy, and luminosity.. Celebrate your self as if you were the most delightful, beautiful, luminous, attractive, happiest, peaceful, and intelligent person who ever lived. With that celebration will spring up an unconditional love for self and this love will bring with it real self-esteem.
We think we can base our real self-esteem on accomplishments or achievements. These things will bring fleeting moments of joy. However, if we want to truly experience real self-esteem and discover the joy and wonder of “being happiness”, then we have to celebrate who we really are each day as if we have already made high achievements and great accomplishments in life.
When you and I make this decision—the decision that we will celebrate who we really are each and everyday as if we have achieved all the success in the world, then we will attract to our reality the happiness, peace, joy, harmony, and prosperity which flows in our loving and abundant universe.
This is your journey. This is your life. You can make it a celebration or a B-rated 1970’s horror flick. Let go the trauma which is perpetuated by the ego and allow well-being to flow in your life. Celebrate the real you and you will increase in real self-esteem.

It doesn’t matter what anyone says or thinks. Once you have affirmed your commitment to success on the path of enlightenment, success is your reality and it becomes your experiences in life.
This commitment to success on the path of enlightenment doesn’t happen because you repeat a bunch of affirmations. It happens when you are become and thus, are being the affirmation.
It is easy to say, “I am infinite potential with infinite creativity flowing through me. I use this creativity to take right action and inspired action in my life which manifests for my highest good. As a result of being a willing vessel for good, I draw to my reality success on the path of enlightenment which helps me to create more life.”
This is a very powerful affirmation; however, it is a more powerful affirmation when you are being the affirmation. Now some among us might ask, “How can I “be” an affirmation?”
It is through the Art and Science of Being and Becoming that we are able to “be” the affirmation we habitually speak. It happens because Being is the process of allowing or remaining aware in the Presence (present moment awareness). Being allows the flow of oneness and creativity to continue in the present and empowers you with the ability to pre-construct through right action or inspired action the reality you want to experience in your life.
Accordingly, as you declare your affirmations in the present moment as if they “are” with words like “I am,” you are “becoming” the affirmation. You become the affirmation because you are “one” with the affirmation. Once you believe your declarations and proclamations of the affirmation, then you are “being” the affirmation and the affirmation is “realized.” When the affirmation is “realized” it manifests as such in your reality.
This is why it is so important to affirm your success on the path of enlightenment if you want to experience success. If you focus on success, you will experience success. Affirmations are tools used to focus on success and remind you that you are the success you desire in your reality.
Your affirmations for success are activated and fueled by:
- Your commitment to remain in the Presence or the present moment because to be in the present moment is to be in the presence of God who is all-present, all-knowing, and all-powerful;
- Building your belief and faith in your Divine Nature or Divine-ness;
- Being your true and authentic self…it has to be the real you or who affirms your success in order to experience success.
- Loving unconditionally. Pure, unconditional love fuels all things.
When we begin to affirm our success through declarations and proclamations which align with our true desires, we direct the flow of positivity, productivity, and creativity in our lives. Positivity, productivity and creativity result in success. In other words, we should “be” the success we desire.
Until next time, remember to affirm your success through powerful affirmations, live well, live wise, live wealthy, and let the Creative Spirit move you.

In every moment there is a gift. Each gift expands our opportunity to utilize our infinite potential for ever-increasing good, creating more life, and manifesting our heart’s desires. For this reason we say the present is a gift because we know that to be in the present moment is to be in the Presence of God, the ALL in All.
When we become more aware in the present moment, we increase and raise our consciousness about our infinite potential. This powerful awareness causes our minds and hearts to open to spiritual enlightenment and spiritual liberation.
As a result, we experience divine productivity. Divine productivity is the ability to create more and manifest more in what seems to be a shorter amount of time. It is a mystical experience when you can see yourself do more and accomplish more in what seems to be a shorter span of time. Most importantly you can feel your soul being catapulted into your life purpose.
And those of us on the path of enlightenment know that to be catapulted into your life’s purpose draws the enjoyable energies joy, excitement, and inspiration to life. These enjoyable energies are the result of well-being, happiness, and peace which attracts wealth, success, and prosperity in our lives. This attraction become inevitable because it is governed by all principle associated with the law of attraction.
How is this possible? How is it possible that being present moment aware with spiritual enlightenment can lead to divine productivity? Well, the explore this wonder and gift, lets take a deeper look at what we experience when we are just going through the motions in life.
Have you ever been so involved in the day to day grind and completely lost touch with daily meditation, prayer, visualization, journaling, and doing what we call at Blue Lotus Living Your Spiritual Work? Did it seem as if the days were flying by and you never had time to complete anything? This is what happens when you are going through the motions in life. The hours slip away, the days pass by so swiftly, and it seems as if you are only living for that long nap you take on the weekends or your next day off from work.
Co-creating in the presence or in the present moment with the sharpened awareness developed through spiritual enlightenment is much different. Co-creating in the presence allows you to experience divine productivity. When you experience divine productivity, you are experiencing “all things working together for your good.” You are experiencing those wonderful synchronicities because you are purpose-centered. As you co-create in the presence, you are in tune with your inner-being the very essence of your soul and operating in your life purpose.
This is a completely different realm of being. In this state of being, you are living your infinite potential and you are tapping into infinite possibilities where you draw to you by way of the law of attraction the best results ever. Manifestation happens much faster with divine productivity. Dreams actualize much more accurately with divine productivity. Your life purpose becomes clearer and your vision becomes certain with divine productivity. And most importantly, you take the struggle out of living, manifesting, and actualizing who you really are in your reality with divine productivity.
So, now, with this knowledge and wisdom, you can see that the present is a gift. You can see that remaining present moment aware is the key to co-creating the life you really want to live with our abundant and loving universe. God, the Source of All Creation, the ALL in All, has not restrained one good thing from you. Your true desires can manifest in your reality if you remain in the Presence. Your gift is here and now.
