Are You Sick of the Drama?
Addictions are so dangerous because often times we give over a lot of our life-force energy to our addictions. In the systems and programs of the Matrix, there are many addictions available, but the addiction to drama is often the most over looked because sometimes our addiction to drama can look and feel like love.
So, has love changed in modern times? The answer is certainly not. Modern love is the same as all love through out history. In this day in age, we want the same things from love relationships that we wanted years ago even if it wasn’t articulated.
In loving relationships we want to be accepted for our true and authentic self, we want someone who understands us, and we want someone we can share our lives with. This is true about love rather it is friendship love, family love, community love, or romantic love. However, in this day and age, there is one thing we must get passed and that’s the addiction to drama.
I really hate to use the word drama, because true drama is an art form and artistic expression (Dramatic Arts); but, in this case we use drama to identify the addiction many people have to heightened states of emotional trauma. So please do not confuse “drama” with the Dramatic Arts.
For a long period of time in the field of personal development, many philosophers taught that if we associate enough pain with a habit, practice, or addiction, then eventually we will break the habit or addiction. Unfortunately, modernism has met with this modality and has created what I call “soothers” to help us get pass the pain, thus staying in the pain much longer. Moreover, in many cases the soothers themselves can make the pain of the addiction feel good.

Who Will Finally say, "No More Drama?"
Let’s take the subject of drama. A woman who attended some of my group sessions a while back in New Orleans told me about the relationship she had with her fiancé of five years. She told me he was emotionally and verbally abusive. She stayed in the relationship because he was a “good man.” In her eyes, he helped to pay the bills, he went with her to her doctors appointments, and he helped her with their children from time to time.
She said he was only verbally abusive when he had a hard day at work or when the finances seemed to be “strained.” After being engaged for five years, she gained quite a bit of weight and much of the weight came about because she used comfort food, fast food, and junk food as a “soother.” Within five years she had gain 80 pounds and also had high blood pressure.
His soother, however, was his Xbox, ESPN on a 52 inch television, a six pack of beer a day, and having his friends over every Sunday. Both of them had the wonderful distraction of jobs they hated which took up a 60-hour week and a bunch of unnecessary bills (the $129 per month 52 inch flat screen was just one of them) they collected which required extra hours of work.
She had been able to prolong the relationships because their soothers kept them distracted and kept them from dealing with each other and dealing with their problems. Once she became involved in her own self-worth, spiritual evolution, personal development, and health, she began to eat more raw and living foods. She practiced yoga. She spent time in meditation. She cut back some hours at work and her soothers were gone. After her soothers were gone, she ended the relationship.
When she ended the relationship, it was the first time she had ever been without a man for more than a few months. She took two years to commit to herself and her daughters. After two years of what she called her “sobriety,” she met a wonderful man about 4 years her senior. They dated for a year and were married after a six-month engagement. They are still married now even after they lost their home during Hurricane Katrina. They have recently bought a new home in Houston, Texas (yes, even in this economy).
Until we get rid of or lessen our dependency on the soothers in our lives, we will continue to play out the dramas of our dysfunctional relationships. With soothers distracting us from the truth and from the pain, we find ourselves taking much longer to hit rock bottom and sometimes even when we hit rock bottom we have used our soothers to cushion the fall.
Today, with modern conveniences we have found it difficult to know if we are in love or in drama and dysfunction. With our soothers distracting us, no, we often don’t know the difference. And if we can not acknowledge the existence of pain and suffering and dysfunction in a situation, it takes much longer to hit rock bottom. And the longer it takes to hit rock bottom, the longer it takes to heal.
To this end, it is apparent that either we lessen or get rid of our soothers in order to face what we have attracted in our lives, or we not only do we prolong suffering but we become addicted to the drama we have manifested in our lives. And this addiction will always hinder our spiritual and personal growth on the path of enlightenment. It hinders our growth because it robs us of the life-force energy and mind power required to co-create our lives as we truly desire our life to be.
In fact, the addiction to drama can be downright deceptive we don’t get rid of or release our dependency on the soothers in our lives. For example, sometimes we find that what we are think we are addicted to (toxic food, drugs, alcohol, sex) isn’t really the addiction. Once we probe our lives and get rid of the soothers (toxic food, drugs, alcohol, sex), then we realize that it is the drama behind the addiction we are really addicted to.
A friend of mine told me about a cousin of his who was a prominent business man in New Orleans. This prominent business man was what we call a womanizer. He told many of his friends that he was addicted to good scotch, women, and sex. Well, eventually these women ran interference in his life and he ended up in a big sex scandal surrounding the Canal Street Brothel in New Orleans. It was in all the papers and many national news channels. There was his name and his face and his business attached to the biggest sex scandal New Orleans had seen in while (and for New Orleans, that’s saying a lot!). The man was devastated and so was his business.
After a few years of lying low, he left the line of business he was once in because he had lost the trust of his clientele. In 2007, he started a new company doing what he loved and now he’s a suburban dad coaching his son’s little league baseball team.
My friend said his cousin seemed so content now. He said his cousin told him, he had to “hit rock bottom” before he realized what the real problem was. The real problem was that he was unhappy. He was in that particular line of business because he made a lot of money, but it didn’t leave him much time for anything else. So, instead of the wife and family he really wanted, he convinced himself he wanted the women, fast cars, sex, and alcohol.
It took a scandal to destroy his business before he overcame his addiction to drama. My friend said his cousin hit rock bottom when all of the women who were once beating his door down stopped calling and wouldn’t even acknowledge him in public. He really discovered who cared about him and who his real friends were.
Why put ourselves through the trauma of drama over and over again when all we are doing is destroying our hope, faith, and confidence in our true and authentic self. Not only that, but we are also destroying our perception of our true self worth.
And just how do we overcome he addiction to drama?
(1) We have to acknowledge the dysfunction in our lives and not treat it as if it is “normal” or okay.
(2) Get rid of our soothers through detoxification and treatment if necessary.
(3) Get in some “self” time through meditation and prayer.
(4) Face the pain of the situation we have attracted in our lives and build our spiritual strength through self-empowerment.
(5) Practice present moment awareness and proclaim what you really want in your life.
(6) Stop settling for an artificial version of your true desires. Acknowledge how you want to live your life and do not settle for a fake version of it. The fake version is only an illusion of the ego.
(7) Use your “creativity” for something other than creating avenues of pain and suffering.
Despite what we have been told, we can overcome drama. We don’t have to live our lives in a tornado of drama, trauma, and dysfunction. If we want to live in abundance and increase our self worth, we have to pledge…NO MORE DRAMA.
Until next time, remember to give up the drama, live well, live wise, live wealthy, and let the Creative Spirit move you.

We all have to find the motivation and inspiration to live life on purpose. The power to will and co-create our reality is living with purpose on purpose.
The decision to co-create your reality rather than be a victim of circumstance or a child of chance can be difficult when the world around you tells you that its systems and customs are the only way to achieve success in life. When one decides to co-create their reality, he or she has to
re-evaluate goals, intentions, and desires while focusing on what really matters in life.
Often times, when one says the word “purpose” some people get frantic and wonder, “how do I know what my purpose is.” At Blue Lotus Living, we answer this very simply, “You give your life purpose.”
And just what do we mean by “you give your life purpose?” Life purpose is the child or offspring to the Soul Purpose. Our Soul Purpose is to expand, create, cultivate, and enrich life by becoming more of who we really are and what we really are in our truest nature is abundance and infinite creative power. That’s who we are. Therefore, as we go through our life, we discover purpose for our life force energy—yes we purpose our creative power. We accomplish this by probing our lives and determining what brings us joy and elation, how we want to serve humanity, and how do we want to expand life on this plane of existence.
Although teachings and information can inspire us and inform us about our power, no one else can give us the answers to these questions. We must desire to know and through our desire we will determine these answers for ourselves.
Accordingly, at Blue Lotus Living, it has never been the desire or intention of our community to determine these answers for anyone but rather to inform people and inspire people to desire to know these answers for themselves without the influence of others (that includes us). We want you to know your power as a co-creator.
It is for this reason we call our community Blue Lotus Living. We call it Blue Lotus Living because we hope that what we share will help everyone to rise up and live life in full bloom and his requires that one knows that he or she is infinite creative power and abundance.
If we all live this way and let this be our reality and continue to allow inspiration to flow through us from the Creative Spirit, then we will find that The Most High Source of ALL Creation cannot be separate from us and through this realization (the only reality there is—the Absolute Reality) we discover our true power and just how infinite this power is.
It’s easy enough to dream and plan according to the systems, customs, and cultures our society has already put in place, but it takes great courage, desire, and determination to live as a co-creator and maintain the motivation to live life on purpose. I do not in any way seek to minimize the importance of dreams and aspirations because it is when we do not limit our dreams and aspirations that we are living as co-creators.
However, we must be brave enough to expand our dreams, plans, and aspirations beyond the limitations of our systems, cultures, and customs. Your dreams and visions cannot be limited to the house you own, the car you drive, and where you vacation twice a year. These are but simple perks of manifestation resulting from living on purpose. If we look deeper within ourselves and listen to the voice of the soul, we will realize that these simple manifestations of focused intentions are not the dream itself. Often times when we limit our dreams and life aspirations to these simple manifestations, we suffer from discontent, and despair.
At Blue Lotus Living, we are always hoping that through our writings and teachings, we are inspiring people to dream big and then dream bigger and just when it seems like you realized the biggest dream ever, you dream even bigger than that and actualize it. This ever-increasing power to actualize one’s dreams is expansion and expansion is living a limitless life with unlimited possibilities.
As we share workshops, performances, writings, and teachings, Roslyn and I hope that every person can see their own unlimited and infinite possibilities. For it is in the realm of infinite possibilities that we create life as co-creators with and as the Source of ALL Creation works through us as Willing Vessels.
So let’s live beyond the limitations of our societal systems and really invoke and evoke our power as co-creators all while allowing the Creative Spirit to move us on purpose.

Happy New Year Blue Lotus Living family. On behalf of Carmellita and I, we would like to take this time to personally thank each and every one of you for your love and support. Blue Lotus Living is continuously growing in readership. Because of this constant growth, we are committed to bringing you the most up-to-date information on metaphysics, creativity, the raw food diet, and holistic living.
Each New Year brings about a resolve to create and conquer our “New Year’s resolutions.” Usually these resolutions involve issues dealing with our weight, love, and finances. I don’t know about you family, but I have always found it difficult to continue on with and complete these resolutions if I am not sure about my intentions and if my commitment is not purposed. When we’re writing our lists and declaring to our family and friends how the new year is going to “pop,” we usually really mean it; but within weeks and sometimes days we tend to forget the purpose for making the resolutions thereby allowing it to fall by the wayside.
But many times, these resolutions are guilt talk. It is the guilt of what we feel we should have accomplished over the year which drives us to make the “New Years Resolutions” list. The fact that we have this guilt over what we perceive as our failures bothers us. So we take this time of year, the end of the year, as a reflection on the entire years past. By making a new years resolutions list we believe that we can erase our mistakes. Fresh start. Fresh year. New Year. New start.
This is a detrimental attitude to take. It is impossible to make a pledge to ourselves and keep it, if the energy behind it is one of condemnation, guilt, and regret. With condemnation there is no real motivation, and soon we find ourselves repeating the same patterns of the previous year; bringing the past mistakes into the New Year.
Instead let us look toward Revelations; the type of revelations that are told to us by the indwelling Spirit. In the stillness of the present moment, we become aligned with Spirit. That alignment guides us with our true being, our true desires, and the energy to manifest real accomplishments each and every second of the day. Taking each day, one day at a time, and taking inspired action through the power of our intuition, the indwelling Spirit, will bring about the change we all need toward living a holistic lifestyle—in body, mind, and spirit.
Listening to our inner selves, the voice of the soul and moving as the creative spirit leads us to move is the revelation that leads to emancipation–freedom.
Enjoy the New Year. And always remember to Live Well, Live Wise, Live Wealthy, and let the indwelling Creative Spirit move you.

Being an Entrepreneur is one of those gifts we all have access to if we develop our skills in areas of productivity and creativity. As a Holistic Creative Entrepreneur, I have discovered that productivity and creativity are the basic essentials for success in any field of business.
Since we’ve re-established Blue Lotus Living, productivity and creativity have been the focus of everything involved with our business model. Our business model is that of internet publishing (blogging, social networking, link-exchange, digital products…) and with internet publishing you have to be creative and productive on a daily basis.
Yes, here in the blogosphere and cyberworld, you have to utilize productivity and creativity daily because things are constantly changing. Do you know how many times I go to the administration area of our site to find out I need to upgrade a plugin? But this is what entrepreneurs do; we have to stay on top of things. We have to know the latest innovation.
With this in mind, I wanted to share with you today some skills necessary to promote productivity and creativity in your business or career. And let me make it very clear, productivity and creativity is necessary even if you are “hired” by someone else.
Some skills necessary to enhance your productivity and creativity for good business sake are:
1. Innovation
Innovation is not unique to the entrepreneur, but it is most definitely required. Innovation is spawn from the creativity and the execution of one’s witty ideas. It is always good to be an innovator instead of an imitator. Innovation is the ability to use creative energy and channel original ideas which become something unique.
For instance, as I have become more and more involved in the internet publishing or e-publishing industry, I have learned the necessity of innovation. We live in an age of the Global Economy and The Age of Information (an overlapping gumbo of an age you can say). Because information can be transmitted with the touch of a button, we are consuming more information than ever and we are consuming it quickly. Those who are succeeding online are staying on top of ways to meet the demand for information. They are staying on top of ways to get information out quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
And if you don’t think you have great ideas, that doesn’t mean you are not meant to be an entrepreneur. Innovators also know how to capitalize on a great idea. A few moments ago, I told you about how I always have to update my plugins for this site. Well, this site is powered by www.wordpress.com, but many different people have developed the plugins I use for this site. That’s still innovation. I may not have “invented the internet,” but I sure am finding wonderful and innovative ways to use it to promote and establish a luminous and beautiful community and company called Blue Lotus Living.
2. Passion
Few people believe it, but we got to keep saying it. “Do what you love and the money will follow.” I tell you the truth, you will be amazed at the amount of energy you can muster when you are doing what you love. And that energy which will take you so much farther than ambition and drive is called Passion.
It is very difficult to be passionate and enthusiastic about anything you don’t love. Moreover, it is difficult to be productive and creative if you are not passionate about what you are doing. Again, ambition can only take you so far.
Passion puts the intensity in your intentions. Those among us who understand how the Law of Attraction works also know that your intentions are critical to the manifestation process. The intensity behind your intentions are fueled by love and passion. Productivity and creativity follow this passions.
And how can passion be a skill, you might ask? Passion becomes as skill when we use it as vehemence. Vehemence has force as in influence. And in this context of influence we mean the ability to effect something. For this reason, passion is very important in helping you enhance your skills for creativity and productivity.
If you are not passionate about what you are doing, you will not have a passionate staff or passionate subordinates and you most certainly will not have passionate consumers or clients.
For instance, before I left New Orleans, I was told that an associate of mine was stepping down as Executive Director of her Community Based Organization. She had been providing Substance Abuse Counseling services to HIV/AIDS clients for over 14 years. After leaving, she opened a small but elegant Night Club in a more up and coming neighborhood in New Orleans.
She was met with a lot of criticism because people felt she had turned her back on the community. After running into her daughter, a few months after she opened the club, I asked about her. Her daughter said that her mom stepped down because she was tired. She wanted the services to continue but she no longer had the passion for it.
“Mama wants to be around music and laughter at this point in her life. She’s 47 and she has been doing community work and activism since she was 19,” her daughter told me. “She has a new passion now. I wish people would stop dogging her about it. She’s happy.”
I fully understood and I told her daughter to tell my former associate that I wished her well. There is nothing productive nor can anyone be creative if they continue to do a thing they are no longer passionate about. You know longer have influence when you are doing something for which you no longer have the passion to do.
Are there ways to stir up your passion again? Of course there are. Some great ways to stir up your passion are:
- Return to your purpose and intentions. Why did you begin to do the thing you are doing in the first place? Think about how you would feel if you could no longer do it. Ask yourself, if you are resisting some sort of necessary change or transformation which has caused you to lose your passion. Again, this will take you back to purpose.
- Find ways you can make things new and fresh again. Is there something you haven’t tried? Is there something you haven’t tried a different way?
- Associated with others who are interested and passionate about the thing you are doing. Passion can be contagious.
- Walk away for a while and see how you feel before making a drastic decision. We all need a break.
3. Attention and Focus
Some of us have developed a short attention span for everything but what “entertains” us. Developing our ability to focus and pay close attention to what is truly important in our lives has now become an arduous task for many. It has become a task because of the vast number of distractions or “dis-attractions that we have in our lives. The average home in Western cultures has at least 3 televisions. Then you have iPods, cellular phones, 200 Apps on the cell phone, video games, tons of DVDs and CD, computers, and computer games.
When was he last time you sat in a room other than the bathroom quietly for 15 minutes with no television, no phone, no computer, or any other gadgets? Hmm…Can’t remember?
Sometimes in order to get our focus back and to start paying attention to what really matters in life, we need to detoxify from our distractions. Yes, all these things serve their purpose and have become important in the day to day tasks in our lives, but we still have to put all the stuff away at times in order to keep our footing in life. Most importantly, we must pay attention to and remain focused on our vision of purpose in life.
For example, as entrepreneurs we always have to remain focus if we want our business to grow and expand. You have to pay just as much attention to customer and client relations as you do to the bottom line. What good is a top-notch marketing plan if your customer relations suck? What good is customer relations if you have no marketing plan and your business is barely breaking even?
You happen to notice these things when you are focused and paying attention. When you get focused, you get productive. When you pay attention, you are in the present moment. And we all now know that when you are in the present moment, you are in the presence of God or you are in the presence of omniscience and omnipotence. Your most powerful moment is now. As you increase your awareness in the present moment, you tap into the field of infinite possibilities. Here, in this field, there are endless opportunities available to you. By holding the vibration of acute awareness and ever-increasing good, you will draw to you by way of the Law of Attraction, the best opportunity to get the best result no matter what the current situation may be.
Need a marketing plan? It’s available so get focused. Need a better way to relate to your customers or clients? It’s available so get focused. Need a new business concept? It’s available so get focused on it. It’s all available when you become available to it by tapping into the field of infinite intelligence and drawing to you all the resource, opportunities, things, and people you need to conceptualize your desires.
What you don’t pay attention to, you get distracted from or dis-attracted from! What does that mean? Whatever you don’t pay attention to in life is left in a state of default. In other words, you have no influence over or no power to flow energy towards a thing you don’t pay attention to. This means it is left to chance.
For instance, if you don’t pay attention to your children, then you have little influence in advising them on things that could help them succeed in life. When you don’t have influence in your children’s life, then who knows who they are taking advice from. Perhaps, your child is listening to someone who may not have your child’s best interest at heart.
The same is true in the subjective/spiritual realm. Remember, as it states in the Kybalion, “ALL is mind, the universe is mental.” When you do not pay attention or focus in on something, then it is left to be influenced by other mental powers. Yes, this includes your business so pay attention. If you are not focused or paying attention, you may hire the wrong people for a job. You may execute an advertising campaign that isn’t very fruitful. You may launch a product that isn’t ready for market.
When we pay attention, we get full wisdom and knowledge on how to handle things most productively. We also get creative ideas on how we can do things. So, again, pay attention.
4. Imagination and Visualization
Increasing your imagination and visualization skills is crucial for the enhancement of productivity and creativity. Imagination and visualization can be used as tools in business.
When you use your imagination and visualize, creativity flows naturally and without resistance. The flow of creativity then sparks excitement and enthusiasm. When this fire is lit, you become more productive almost spontaneously.
Some of the most effective ways to increase the flow of your imagination and improve the vividness of your visualizations are:
- Journaling about what you would like to see happen in your business in the next year, 5 years, 10 years. Make this a daily activity. As you journal, you are thinking and seeing at the same time. What you are writing down, you are imagining. Be sure to journal in present tense as if the vision you have for your business has already actualized.
- Go on long nature walks. Just going on a 30 minute nature walk sparks the imagination. You will find that nature gives you incredible inspiration that will stir your imagination.
- Meditation as a daily activity. Meditation has a way of clearing the mind of debris and gives you the energy and mental space to imagine and visualize what you truly desire to happen in your business and in your life.
Now, with these skills you will enhance your productivity and creativity as you thrive in life and business as a Holistic Creative Entrepreneur. Furthermore, as you grow in other skills, talents, and abilities as an Entrepreneur, you will find that your productivity and creativity will naturally enhance to meet your growth if you continue to develop these skills.
Yes, Entrepreneurship is a wonderful gift, but as with all gifts, once it is in your hands, it is your job as a co-creator with our loving and abundant universe to make the most of it. Be momentous. During your journey on the path of enlightenment you will gain many gifts and talents along the way, but you must be willing to maintain a progressive state of being. Everything in this universe must grow, multiply, and expand. Anything that stagnates will either disintegrate or die. Digression is death. Expansion and growth is life.
So put the life back into your living and your business or career today.

The unformed stuff of the universe is unused potential beseeching to become and be realized. Quantum physics talks about this unformed stuff in detail. In fact, this unformed stuff of the universe is called dark matter. It has intelligence. It has potency (potential) and it is formable under your volition (will or willing power).
Quantum Physics teaches that you can transform this unused potential through your vibration because this unused potential is formable. You can form it through daily affirmations and various affirmative exercises and spiritual tools which give your affirmations power and voliton.
We have been told by so many people that affirmations don’t work. Affirmations do work but those times when affirmations have not worked have been because they had no power. If you do not add your “will” or your “power to will” to an affirmation, the affirmation will just be meaningless words. In other words, use the power of your intentions.
Quantum Physics acknowledges our ability to form and affect our reality if we are willing to use our mind power and spiritual aptitude to do it. The science of Quantum Physics and metaphysics asserts that we live in a vibrational universe. All things in our reality will manifest after its own kind. Just like you don’t plant apple seeds and expect oranges, you must be in vibrational alignment with that which you want to see manifested in your reality. In other words, we truly do have to get into the spirit of a thing in order to align with it vibrationally and see it manifest in our reality.
Affirmations are powerful spiritual tools when you add your creative power and momentum to it. In fact, here we will give you three prerequisites to adding power and momentum to your affirmations.
1. Detoxifying the mind with meditation
Sit in silence and cleanse your mind before beginning your affirmations. This form of meditation is designed to “detoxify” the mind of the debris which can cause your mind to wonder and shift your awareness to a lower vibrational state. If we want to attract the best energy to create the best conditions, we must address our state of being by shifting our awareness to a higher vibration.
You can reach a higher vibration when you are not weighed down by stressful debris such as worries, unfulfilled desires, and illusions of the ego. This is one aspect of what it means to be “enlightened.” You are literally “lighter” (as in spiritual and mental weight) because you have released all that junk from your microcosm.
As you become lighter with meditation, you have the energy to direct your mind. Yes, you are then in control of mind instead of allowing your mind to be controlled by circumstances, worries, and other peoples vicarious desires.
Once the mind has been released and is lighter; you have the energy to added volition (willing power) to your affirmations. We don’t want our affirmations to just be another thing we are saying to make us feel better temporarily. We want our affirmations to have forming power as we speak to the unformed stuff or unused potential of the universe.
2. Say an Affirmative Prayer
Calling those things that be not as though they were, has been practiced among Christian Mystics for centuries. While some who practiced this universal principle were considered a heretic, many built their message around it. The most memorable among all Mystics was Yeshua, the Christ, who stated in his prayer “thine kingdom come,” in present tense.
Affirmative Prayer or Scientific prayer, as it is sometimes called, is a prayer which speaks the positive outcome you desire. Through affirmative prayer, you are guided by Infinite Organizing Power of the Universe to take inspired actions or right actions which will orchestrate wonderful synchronicities that will cause your desire to manifest in your reality.
In reference, a short time ago, I taught an Abundance Training class for Universalclass.com. In this class, I emphasized the importance of being process oriented, meaning putting your attention and intentions on the creation process rather than trying to manipulate the outcome. Affirmative Prayer allows you to “let go and let God.” Once you know the outcome you desire, you can then be guided through the creation process by the Creative Spirit.
Affirmative Prayer makes you aware of what you “really” desire. By practicing affirmative prayer before declaring your daily affirmations, you are asserting your desire; furthermore, you are increasing your conscious awareness of what you truly desire.
Sometimes we just don’t know the power of increasing our conscious awareness. When we increase our conscious awareness, we are aligning vibrationally with our desire. As we are in sync with our desire, then the orchestration of the universe takes place and by way of the Law of Attraction you will attract every resource, thing, person, or opportunity necessary to bring your desire into your reality.
3. Journaling in Present Tense
Journaling in present tense may very well sound crazy to some people. But I have to make a statement that some people believe is a cliché nowadays…”In order to receive something you have never had before, you will have to do something you have never done before. “ Although rather cliché’ –ish, the saying still has a bit of Zen to it.
Journaling in present tense before declaring your affirmations will make your affirmations more real to you. When we are writing, we are using our conscious mind and our subconscious mind is visualizing what we are writing. When you spend time writing your desires regularly in present tense, you are having that experience now. And as we have been told, the subconscious mind does not know the difference between a mental experience and a physical experience.
For instance, if you want to be a homeowner and you wrote:
“I love being in my new home. As I walk through the rooms of my home, I feel peace and joy. My gourmet kitchen is always stocked filled with fresh foods. I entertain family and friends in my kitchen and we enjoy having dinner parties in my formal dining room. My husband, my children, and I have movie night every Thursday in the family room. There is always laughter in my home.”
Now, if you wrote this in your journal in present tense and later said the affirmation “I am a homeowner who experiences financial freedom while enjoying my home with my family,” the above journal entry is in vibrational alignment with the affirmation. The affirmation has power and volition because you have “vision” which is in tuned with the frequency of your “homeowner” affirmation.
Quantum physics teaches us just how powerful the human mind is. We truly do have the power to co-create our reality with our loving and abundant universe; however, we must be proactive in doing so by practicing Quantum physics of affirmations to manifest our desires and actualize our dreams.
Meditation, prayer, and journaling before you do your affirmations daily will add creative power to your affirmations. We can say our affirmations in a sing-song repetitive manner or we can use our infinite potential and allow our affirmations to empower us.
By practicing the Quantum Physics of Affirmations, we do something much more substantial and much more momentous. What we are doing is speaking to the unformed stuff of the universe and forming it to manifest our dreams and our vision of purpose in life.
Friends, we are much more powerful than we know and we have the entire Universe willing to work with us and through us to make our dreams a reality. What we must learn is that the dreams we have are in us for a reason. These dreams, our visions, were seeded in us long before we took our first breath of life.
Our dreams were seeded in our Soul to manifest in our reality and we can proactively co-create the manifestation of these dreams by practicing the Quantum Physics of Affirmations. Speak your reality as you truly desire to experience it now.
